| The first Saturday in October has been a special day not only in Russia, because of the Teachers Day celebration there, but also in Bristol - because the Russian-speaking parents there have been invited to the Open Day at the Bristol Russian school RUBRIC.
Children and their parents enjoyed the colourful Russian display with the Russian flag and the Russian tea-pot "samovar", and also Russian dolls and other Russian souveniers from the "Russkiy Mir" Foundation which supports Russian school RUBRIC.
Everyone was involved in the joyful celebration which ended in a traditional tea party.
